At Slaap Beter we stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our product. However, if you are not satisfied, we offer you a flexible return policy.

Return Policy: The product is eligible for return provided the return request is submitted within 14 days of purchase.

Please note: Returns will be refused if the return form is not or not fully completed and/or submitted using our returns function in our webshop.

Returns process: You can register a return via the webshop where you purchased the product or by contacting our customer service.

Costs: Unless otherwise agreed, the costs are for return shipping
at the expense of the customer.

Damaged products: If a product is damaged during transport, it will of course be replaced free of charge. Send an email to returns@sleep-beter.nl with your order number and a photo of the damage so that we can help you. We always aim to respond within 24 hours.
