When do I receive my order?

 If you order in our webshop before 4:00 PM on workdays, you will receive the package the next delivery day!* Delivery days are Tuesday to Saturday. When your package is shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email. The package fits in the letterbox, so you don't have to stay at home for it.

*Note: this applies to deliveries within the Netherlands. In addition, due to large crowds at both our webshop and one of our delivery partners, your order may take longer to arrive during this period (average 1 to 3 working days).

How is my package sent?

We use PostNL letterbox post for shipments within the Netherlands. This means that the package will fit through most letterboxes and will be delivered by your regular postman and not via PostNL's parcel service.

The size of the letterbox packaging may vary depending on the number of products you have ordered, but the maximum size of the letterbox package is 38 x 26.5 x 3.2 cm .

Even though it is sent by regular postal delivery, you will receive the Track & Trace code by e-mail so that you can track the package. You will receive the code by email when the package leaves our warehouse for the PostNL sorting center.

Unfortunately, due to this shipping method we cannot offer options such as delivery via a collection point, additional instructions for the delivery person or delivery to a different address. Experience shows that if the package does not fit, the delivery person rings the doorbell, leaves a note or delivers the package to the neighbors.

Do I pay shipping costs?

In the Netherlands

Within the Netherlands you do not pay shipping costs.

Outside The Netherlands

We charge an expense allowance for shipping abroad.
